
Customer Success Manager
£50,000 - £70,000 per year
Job description
Founded in 2024, KUDO launched to provide software for the renewable energy industry. Catering to developers, owners and operators of renewable projects, KUDO brings tailored software solutions developed by industry experts for industry benefit.
Reporting to the Commercial Director this position will help implement our customer success function for the onboarding and support of customers, in addition to identifying commercial opportunities for upselling our software products. The successful candidate will also take a leading role bolstering our marketing function.

Requirements for the role:
​
• A Track record of success in building and nurturing long term relationships in multiple roles and accounts with demonstrable understanding of the customer’s needs and challenges, building trust, providing thought leadership, support, and challenge.
• Influence: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Able to inspire, influence and mobilise others to action.
• Customer Onboarding: Implement a successful onboarding strategy for new customers.
• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the KUDO products and services, stay up to date with product enhancements and evolution within the business.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling KUDO products, and work with the wider commercial team to maximise account growth and revenue.
• Customer feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous product improvement.
• Metrics and reporting: Implement and monitor customer success metrics including usage and user engagement and report on progress.
• Marketing: Provide guidance on marketing campaigns featuring KUDO products which solve customer problems.
Additional Role Information:

• Strong ability to work with customers to understand their requirements and expectations by asking questions and listening;
• Strong ability to organise and deliver presentations to clearly communicate information to others;
• Experience working within a SAAS distribution model;
• Proven track record of driving account growth with large customer accounts;
• Previous managerial experience required;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others;
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
This is a permanent Full-Time position, working 35 hours per week. Offering a hybrid work pattern between home and our Stirling office in Central Scotland.
