With 13 years in account management, 7 years in SaaS, and 7 years dedicated to customer success, Scott brings a rare depth of experience to every rollout. He’s led hundreds of software migrations and onboarded thousands of users, so he knows exactly what it takes to guide a team through change with clarity and confidence.
